Di’s career has followed many paths over the past 30 years, all driven by her passion for the wellness industry. As Corporate Spa Director for Canyon Ranch, Di led new and existing operational projects as part of the development team, implementing Canyon Ranch SpaClub Las Vegas, Canyon Ranch onboard Cunard’s QM2, the Canyon Ranch Living brand, and the Canyon Ranch Skincare line. She was also a member of the executive team that launched Cortiva Education, a national vocational massage school in North America.

As an industry advisor and founder of Spa Mojo, LLC, Di thrives on working across a variety of projects that support business owners, brands, and management teams in bringing their visions to life. She collaborates with architects and interior designers to ensure spaces are operationally sound, with the flow and functionality needed to support programming, staffing needs, and the ultimate guest experience.

Known for “thinking outside the box,” Di upholds the highest standards of integrity while mentoring and collaborating with others. She is a strong advocate for training and education to drive financial success, prioritizing the need for sustainable environments—all while emphasizing the importance of having fun and staying motivated while getting things done.

Liz Verbruggen is a spa industry leader with over 30 years of experience focusing on sales and customer related service to the Spa Industry. In 2000 Liz launched Aromatherapy Associates, into the US Spa Market and for 10 years steered the company to success. Since then, Liz has helped several brands break into the industry. Her sales ability and attention to detail is what has made her successful and well respected. Liz has been on both sides of Spa, holding positions in spa management and operations. In addition, Liz has been trained in spa therapies, massage, and skin care. Her broad range of experience in operations, treatments, and sales is a tremendous asset in her current position at Tara Spa Therapy. Liz has a reputation for being passionate and dedicated to delivering high service standards.

Christina Alves brings more than 20 years of experience in spa and hospitality sales. As VP of Sales for Hospitality Guest Rooms, she leads Universal’s sustainable luxury initiatives, including the flagship hotel and spa amenity brand, Sustayne. Christina holds licensure in massage therapy and esthetics, with certifications in aromatherapy and natural health, underscoring her expertise in wellness and hospitality solutions.

Brett has worked as an executive in the beauty industry for over ten years working with multiple sustainable skincare, sunscreen, and wellness brands. As the former COO of Soleil Toujours in Bronxville, NY, Brett helped lead the brand to international recognition including a successful launch in Sephora. Brett lives in Lake Forest, IL with his two teenage children that he loves to travel with. He is a mentor for Lake Forest High School’s business incubator program, guiding kids in their curriculum that involves creating unique entrepreneurial ventures from inception to launch. He is dedicated to sustainability initiatives including packaging, ingredients, carbon offsets and the preservation of our oceans and coral reefs. Prior to moving to Lake Forest, Brett lived in the San Francisco Bay area where he worked in technology with multiple startups.

Debra Hope Duneier is the Founder of EcoChi® and a Feng Shui Master specializing in Feng Shui Strategy for Built Environments That Transform. With over 20 years of experience, she works at the intersection of wellness design, sustainability, and environmental psychology to create spaces that support human well-being.

Her work spans spas, hospitality, wellness communities, and luxury residential environments, where she is often engaged from pre-construction through completion to guide design through an energetic and human-centered lens. Debra is the author of EcoChi: Designing the Human Experience, a speaker, and the award-winning Feng Shui expert for the Global Wellness Summit.

Maggy is a seasoned Spa and Wellness executive with over 25 years of experience, now bringing her passion and expertise to her role as General Manager of Outbound Stowe, a boutique hotel in Stowe, Vermont. After decades in the spa and wellness world, she jumped over to the hotel side of things and continues to elevate guest experiences with a thoughtful, people-first approach.

Known for her collaborative spirit and hands-on leadership style, Maggy loves bringing ideas to life and shaping spaces that feel as good as they look. She’s driven by a simple goal: to create environments where guests feel inspired and teams feel empowered to thrive, grow, and be their best.

Jennifer specializes in luxury hotels & resorts, spa and wellness brands, destinations, cruises and all things travel and tourism.

With more than 23 years of experience, Jennifer is the former Founder & CEO of Hawkins International PR and Maverick Creative—two leading integrated agencies in luxury travel, wellness & lifestyle industries. She sold her two agencies to FINN Partners and now runs their 80+ US travel and wellness practice. Her work has earned recognition from Forbes as one of America’s Best PR agencies.

Jennifer is passionate about building and elevating world-class hospitality and wellness brands, connecting them with top media and influencers, and driving measurable business results. She has worked with some of the world’s iconic brands from Mandarin Oriental, Montage Hotels & Resorts, SoHo House, Miraval Life in Balance, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Carillon Wellness Resort, Rocco Forte Hotels and several more.

Amir Hussein is Co-Founder of Derme&CO and a business leader with 35+ years of experience in the global spa and skincare industry.He specializes in building and scaling businesses across manufacturing, distribution, and international trade.

He has led the development of turnkey spa concepts that integrate services, skincare, and advanced technologies. With a Commerce degree from Concordia University, he has been instrumental in expanding Derme&CO internationally.

Amir is focused on long-term growth, strong partnerships, and practical innovation, supporting partners with clear strategy and hands-on expertise.

Nicole is an entrepreneur, startup advisor, avid yogi and amateur creative. In her current position as COO of Honua Hawaiian Skincare, she leads operations and marketing, which means she may be fine-tuning a new formula one day, ensuring the latest products make it to stores and e-commerce sites the next day, or planning one of the Honua’s annual sustainability events another day. Before making the career jump to consumer and beauty, Nicole was an investment banker and passionate renewable energy and sustainability devotee, holding senior positions at Citigroup, Inc. and SolarCity.  She lives in the thriving city of San Francisco, keeping very busy as a mom to two tiny humans and is usually found planning their next adventure.

Kate joined Ojai Valley Inn’s spa management team in 2010. Her passion for excellence in luxury spa experiences paired with her innovative spirit have helped strengthen the renowned reputation Spa Ojai holds in the industry. In recent years, Kate has expanded wellness programming at Spa Ojai to include creative, spiritual, and nutritional elements and has introduced signature experiences that are exclusive to Ojai. Additionally, her role includes identifying, developing, driving passion for green initiatives; focusing on opportunities to make the Ojai Valley Inn a more sustainably-minded organization. Under Kate‘s leadership, Spa Ojai has been awarded the Preferred Hotels Pineapple Award recognizing Leadership in Sustainability for the 2017 Single-Use Plastic Free initiative and won an ISPA Innovation Award in 2018 for a Holistic Approach to Workplace Wellness Initiative. She has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and eight years of previous spa and wellness leadership experience with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Terry Prager has been in the Spa and Wellness Industry for 37 years, starting as a personal trainer at The Biltmore Coral Gables. Terry moved into the Spa arena managing Spas at luxury resorts and private clubs including Delano South Beach and The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. Then she transferred to the product side in 2008 working with brands such as ESPA, Natura Bisse, Seed To Skin and now Wildsmith. Terry has served on the Board of Directors for ISPA and is now proud to join the board as one of the newest members at GSN.

“Gina Preziosa is the Vice President of Sales for Shankara, an Ayurvedic line of spa products,which are sold worldwide to high end hotel & country club spas, ayurvedic offices, yoga studios and retail stores.

She has lead sustainability initiatives within the company she works and is very vocal with businesses where she assists in making changes that will have a better impact on the environment.

She is frequently asked to consult for businesses as she takes a very candid and passionate
approach in all she does. Her fresh ideas, and thought-provoking concepts help to maximize the full potential of success.

Gina is a sought-after speaker with a career that has spanned over 30 years. Her first engagement was at the United Nations while working at Revlon where she spoke to women from over 150 nations about true beauty and empowerment issues that needed to be addressed. Her topics are varied from beauty, wellness, sustainability, and the importance of
company cultures.

In her spare time, she does volunteer work with children and the elderly. As a Guardian ad Litem in Florida, she was responsible for assuring children’s placements were in their best interest and that all their emotional and physical needs were being met. She is consistently educating herself in the field of child advocacy and spirituality.

Gina lives with her husband and has one daughter who constantly inspires her with her strength, tenacity, and love.

Being of service is Gina’s primary goal, and leaving the world a better place.
